…I purchased the D-Link 614+, the 520+, and the 650+ for my computers. I was clueless on how to get things started, but I followed the directions and easily connected my laptop and main computer. I had trouble connecting my second desktop and when I contacted tech support they talked me through the problem.
Next I had problems with networking my computers…I tried the message boards on TechTV. Some kind person replied and told me to be sure and put all the IP addresses of all the computers on the allowable sites on Zone Alarm. Once I did that it worked fine. Next came the encryption part. I was able to set encryption up on my laptop and my main computer, but again, my second desktop gave me problems. I again contacted Tech Support, and they walked me through the problem. I guess what I want to say is that your wireless system was easy to set up and use, and the two problems I had were easily fixed by your wonderful support staff. The best part is that your support staff treated me with respect, were very friendly, and did not make me feel like an idiot (even though the solutions were quite simple). I would definitely recommend the D-Link products to anyone who is looking for a wireless system based on the ease of setting it up and the exceptional and knowledgeable tech support.Will you please let your tech support staff know they are appreciated?
