D-Link Care Support is an on-site response care package that provides replacement hardware in the event of a failure. If a product fails, D-Link dispatches a technician to the site to provide a replacement product and ship back the defective product. With Care Support, the technician does more than just deliver the new product. The technician will remove the failed unit and install the new unit. Customers can choose from 4-hour response times or next business day service (NBD). The D-Link Care 4-hour onsite option is designed for mission critical hardware that is of vital importance to the business with low levels of in-house IT expertise. D-Link Care NBD offers the same kind of support, yet it’s designed for businesses or offifices that have less critical timeframe considerations for uptime. Both programs are offered in 1 year or 3 year increments.
